Refunds

We strive to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

If you are not happy with your item, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason. To initiate a refund, simply return the item to us and we will transfer you your money back once we receive the item.

If you have not received your item within 60 business days, you can request a reshipment as long as the item states that it was not delivered. However, if your order was delivered to the address on file, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

In the event that you received the wrong item, you can request a reshipment. If you do not want the item you received, you can request a refund, but the item must be unused and returned at your expense. Refunds will be in the form of store credit.

Please note that some circumstances are ineligible for refunds. These include situations where the order did not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing the wrong shipping address. We are also not responsible for items damaged during shipping or delays caused by exceptional circumstances outside of our control, such as customs clearance or natural disasters. If your item is in transit, a refund will not be available until it is undeliverable and not trackable within 60 days.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us at all times. If, for any reason, you wish to return your item, please note that our return policy lasts for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and should be unused. It must also be in its original packaging.

Before making a return, please contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address via email. Without the RMA and return address, we cannot process your return.

Please note that all shipping costs associated with returning the item will be at the customer's expense.

 

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product for a different size or color. If that's the case, please reach out to us first, and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that any costs associated with the exchange will be at your expense.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first obtaining an authorization from us.

 

One year warranty

We are convinced of the quality of our products. For this reason, we offer a one-year warranty for normal use of the product. If your item should break within this year. Please send us an email with photos and receipt and we will replace the item at no additional cost.

However, please understand that the warranty does not cover self-inflicted damages, such as water damage, dropping the product, or violence against the product.
