Refunds

If you are not happy with your item, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason. To initiate a refund, simply return the item to us and we will transfer you your money back once we receive the item.
If you have not received your item within 60 business days, you can request a reshipment as long as the item states that it was not delivered. However, if your order was delivered to the address on file, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
In the event that you received the wrong item, you can request a reshipment. If you do not want the item you received, you can request a refund, but the item must be unused and returned at your expense. Refunds will be in the form of store credit.
Please note that some circumstances are ineligible for refunds. These include situations where the order did not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing the wrong shipping address. We are also not responsible for items damaged during shipping or delays caused by exceptional circumstances outside of our control, such as customs clearance or natural disasters. Returns
