Our warehouses are located all around the globe. Most products are shipped from our manufacturer's warehouses directly to you for the fastest shipping and best availability of products.

We get our products from trusted producers worldwide. Many products are made in Asian countries such as India, China, and Japan - regions renowned for their spiritual essence and abundant with distinctive materials like black obsidian and jade. By conducting regular facility reviews and adhering to stringent production standards, we guarantee top product quality and ethical working conditions in collaboration with all our partner facilities.

Ordering

For your convenience, we accept we accept all major payment providers such as PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay.

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal and credit cards. Cash on delivery and bank payment are NOT available.

Our store shows prices in various currencies for easier browsing. But, the final payment is in US Dollars. Your bank will handle the currency conversion using the latest exchange rate. Choose your currency from the dropdown to see its equivalent value.

If your discount code isn't working, please note and check the following:

Our system sends a confirmation email after you make your purchase and it will include your order number. If you didn’t receive it, please check your Junk folder. If you are still concerned that your order didn’t go through, you can always contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not have gift options available right now.

All taxes such as sales tax are already included in the prices. There are no additional taxes at the checkout.

Normally there aren't any custom fees when our packages arrive in your country. But please understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you understand this and accept that you may be responsible for paying any applicable customs fees.

We are offering international shipping to 200+ countries. Surely your country is also included.

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The following are estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 6-15 Business days
  • Canada, Europe: 6-15 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-30 Business days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days

This does not include the 1-2 business days order processing time.

We like to keep things simple, shipping is $4.95 worldwide. If your order is over $75, there is no shipping charge.

Sometimes we offer FREE SHIPPING promotions.

All items go through a handling period before they are shipped. Among other things, we check that your items are fully functional and in perfect condition.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, usually faster. Our system will notify you via email when your order has been shipped.

You will receive an email with the tracking information once your package left the warehouse. You can use our tracking page to track your package.

You should see an update within 48-72 hours after you received the tracking information. This time will allow the courier services to update the status of the order.

If you want to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We partner with different courier services to ship your order depending on your exact location. This is to achieve the optimal speed and make sure you receive your packages quickly and safely.

Please note that due to our relationships with multiple manufacturers and our use of various warehouses located around the world, we may not always be able to combine items for shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured that we always strive to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Warranty & Returns

We strive to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

If you are not happy with your item, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason.

To initiate a refund, please contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address via email. Without the RMA and return address, we cannot process your return.

After that simply return the item to us and we will transfer you your money back once we receive the item.

We are convinced of the quality of our products. For this reason, we offer a one-year warranty for normal use of the product. If your item should break within this year. Please send us an email with photos and receipt to hello@starseed.shop and we will replace the item at no additional cost.

However, please understand that the warranty does not cover self-inflicted damages, such as water damage, dropping the product, or violence against the product.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us at all times. If, for any reason, you wish to return your item, please note that our return policy lasts for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and should be unused. It must also be in its original packaging.

Before making a return, please contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address via email. Without the RMA and return address, we cannot process your return.

Please note that all shipping costs associated with returning the item will be at the customer's expense.

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product for a different size or color. If that's the case, please contact us first, and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that any costs associated with the exchange will be at your expense.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first obtaining an authorization from us.

We take great pride in ensuring that the product images in our online catalog represent the exact look and quality of the items our customers receive. Should this not be the case, please send a photo of the item you received to hello@starseed.shop so we can confirm that the correct product was shipped.

Products that are made from crystals like bracelets or crystal trees are different in nature. No two products are the same.

If there is any damage during shipping, you are insured. Please send us an email with photos and receipt to hello@thestarseed.shop and we will replace the item at no additional cost.

The most of our products are handcrafted with care and a strong attention to detail and quality. Due to the delicate nature of some designs, breakage can occur, although it is rare. If your item is broken, please contact us and send a photo of your item and receipt to hello@starseed.shop
